The room was good sized, really loved the service, it was awesome. Delightful decor. Breakfast costs £29 per person.

This time it was a memorable stay for us. Truly helpful personnel. Westminster Borough district deserves to be explored...
-
Obviously a status hotel. The chic audience is not from the residents trying to visit the big restaurant and cafe in the hall. For those who live in the hotel there is another decent restaurant and bar in the basement.
-
Top service, very comfortable rooms, beautiful ambience, very courteous staff!
coffee (the English just can't make it right), unfortunately no pool
-
Very friendly service, the quality of the food is fabulous and a royal atmosphere.
- A request for cigarettes unfortunately took a very long time, whereby they did not find us in the club restaurant, although we sat directly at the entrance. In the cigar lounge we were finally found. - The TV Entertainment is still a little "Old School". No streaming/video on demand and no mirroring of the cell phone/tablet on TV. . . - The breakfast buffet was big, but more little snacks would be optimal. Large croissants that one can hardly touch because of the sugar content are rather suboptimal in a fine restaurant. There weren't enough normal buns.
-
The breakfast was excellent, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom fantastic, a lot of attention to detail.
No selection of bread and rolls for breakfast
-
Excellent tea, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds and a perfect location. The English breakfast should not be missed!
The bathroom door was defective, so that it could only be opened with strong force and loud noise. Unfortunately to the disadvantage of the other sleeping guests in the room.
-
The staff went out their way to make our stay fantastic
-
Everything, high tea is a must but be sure to book in advance
-
staff very helpful beautiful surroundings
casually dressed guests, allowed in the hotel tea room, and the club AND the club dining room. the cotton buds in the room are too cheap, the stalk bends at the slightest pressure, compare with boots for example!!

The most famous hotel in the world. I suprised my partner for our anniversary and The Ritz lived up to its name and more. The height of luxury was topped by our turndown service including the most stunning rose petals spead on our bed in the shape of two linked hearts. Sublime. Perfection. The most famous hotel in the world... the best hotel in the world.

The Ritz,it is said, is one of the best hotels in the world. From the moment you get out of your cab to the moment you leave every aspect of the hotel meets your expectations. The public rooms decor, your room or suite, the service, the staff and restaurant are impeccable,to find fault would be churlish. Naturaly the pricing structure reflects the luxury but if you only go for one niights bed and breakfast you will have the experience of a life time.
Do,nt laugh but there were no UK style breakfast rolls or french bread at breakfast, only tough and heavy baggettes or thin hard toast. Now that is churlish.
-
Impeccable service, opulent is an understatement to describe the London Ritz. A truly enjoyable time which will be repeated by both us and our friends who joined us for the celebration.
Absolutley nothing.

The Ritz is probably the best hotel I have stayed at , it epitomises everything that is good in the hotel/hospitality industry. Service you couldnt fault ,I stayed in a superior King room 105 and it was the best I have had at The Ritz, I have stayed many times before and it certainly wont be my last !
